What We Need

Dynamics CRM Business Analysts are responsible for developing and delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) technical/business solutions to our diverse client base according to their unique needs. Business Analysts play a key role by solving customer challenges through providing configuration, support, and business analysis on CRM implementations in concert with other related technologies. This role is both challenging and rewarding, and provides the opportunity to develop new business and technical skills to cultivate a career.

A Business Analyst role provides upward mobility and the opportunity to lead projects and manage clients. We are only interested in candidates that have experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM which is a software used by most companies both public and private to manage their customer database.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative solutions for real CRM business challenges

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects

  • Analyze internal processes, data and problems

  • Identify issues and areas for improvement

  • Identify new business models and benefits from enabling new CRM capabilities

  • Define configuration specifications and business requirements

  • Perform Quality Assurance

  • Define reporting and alerting requirements

  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and improve integration

  • Help design, document and maintain system processes

  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to CRM product team

  • Communicate key insights and findings to CRM product team

  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Who We're Looking For

Required Skills
  • Intermediate technical ability in installing Dynamics CRM and underlying infrastructure requirements.

  • Knowledge of CRM customization tools required

  • Balanced expertise in both strategy development and program execution

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments

  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Required Experience
  • BS/BA in Business, Management, Finance, Math, Accounting, Information Systems or equivalent experience required; MS / MBA strongly preferred

  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance

  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

  • 1+ years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM required

  • Minimum 3 years consulting experience preferred

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM, PowerBI or related tools

  • 3+ years of experience implementing or managing complex infrastructure technologies preferred

  • Experience with the latest versions of Dynamics CRM (D365, 2016).

  • Experience with at least one SQL tool: SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Integration Services and SQL Analysis Services

  • Experience with Windows Server/Active Directory/Internet Information Services installation and configuration

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.

  • Customize the system to meet the business needs of the client.

  • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.

  • Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.

  • Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects through analysis, design, development, testing, training, and deployment activities necessary to deliver superior quality CRM solutions.

  • Meet with clients to understand their business and technical challenges and develop a plan to solve their problems.

  • Ensure the plans support the client’s goals and expectation, and be willing to make the adjustments to exceed these expectations.

  • Follow a structured CRM project methodology on all projects to ensure CRM project success for all clients.

  • Effectively communicate, self-manage, and complete assigned projects and project deliverables in a timely manner.

  • Work with peers and client resources in a team environment to complete tasks, goals, and timelines.

Who We're Looking For

Required Skills
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#

  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment

  • Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.

  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

Required Experience
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area.
